About us From Headhunting to House Hunting
The story of 3A Results
Our journey began in 2023, when we founded ReloHire, focused on recruitment and relocation of international tech professionals. However, we noticed a growing need for a similar approach in the housing market. Inspired by our own experiences and the challenges faced by many relocating professionals, we decided to pivot from headhunting to house hunting.
Thus, 3A Results UG became the entity devoted entirely to how relocation is experienced by professionals in Germany. Our commitment is now centered around making every aspect of moving seamless so that individuals can feel truly at home even when they are miles away from where they started their careers.
In 2024 we had hundreds of viewings in all parts of Berlin, got to know tens of agencies, landlords and property managers. We helped dozens of professionals, some with kids and pets obtain viewings and secure apartments
Moreover, our entire team experienced the hurdle of finding a home in Berlin and experienced first hand what it means to be one of hundreds of applicants. We understand the challenges and doubts expats have when searching for a flat in Berlin, especially if they don’t speak German.
This is why we’re committed to use our networking and tech skill to providing a seamless house hunting experience for them. Our goal is to ensure every move is smooth, helping everyone find not just a house but truly a home.
